Welcome to our versatile event space accommodating up to 50 guests. We provide complimentary tables, chairs, and a bar, along with access to an extensive collection of dinnerware, vases, candlesticks, and vintage items.

For those seeking an exquisite touch, our in-house event company, La Bella Vita Event Company, can create luxurious floral arrangements and tablescapes. Desserts are expertly crafted by our talented baker at Cake a Difference. We collaborate closely with you to arrange catering, bartenders, and any additional services you require.

Alternatively, if you prefer a simpler, DIY approach, we offer hourly space rentals. Whatever your event needs, we're here to make your vision a reality. Explore the packages we offer below or reach out for more information.

5-Hour DIY Package

  • 3 hour event with 1 hour for set-up and breakdown

  • Use of 1500 square foot space, which includes prep area and 2 private restrooms

  • In-house furniture, tables, and chairs

  • May bring in your own items, furniture, and decor

  • BYO food + beverage

  • Must have event insurance with The Mill 381 Brinton Lake Rd. Thornton PA 19373 as named insured on the COI (policies start around $50 and can be purchased here

  • We can work with you to provide event staffing- bartenders, servers, and or coordinator

  • Preferred vendor list available for catering, music, etc

  • Cake a Difference cakes available for purchase

Luxury Package

  • 3 hour event (CHC’s professional event staff will handle set-up and clean-up)

  • Use of 1500 square foot space, which includes prep area and 2 private restrooms

  • In-house furniture, tables, and chairs

  • May bring in your own items, furniture, and decor

  • BYO food + beverage

  • Must have event insurance with The Mill 381 Brinton Lake Rd. Thornton PA 19373 as named insured on the COI (policies start around $50 and can be purchased here

  • We can provide event staffing- bartenders, servers (not included in rental fee)

  • Assistance in booking vendors for specified purposes- catering, entertainment, decor, etc (vendors fees are not included in rental fee)

  • Designated Day of Coordinator 

  • Included dessert from Cake a Difference
